BEFORE SERVICE

CONTENT AQUISITION

-CONFIRM WITH PRDUCER THAT ALL SUPPORTING SCREEN ASSETS STORED FOR M1 AND M2.  (LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THE PLAYLIST ON CG1)

• TO STORE M1 AND M2 SELECT PREVIEW OF THE ONE YOU ARE TRYING TO STORE.  MAKE SURE CG1 IS ON THE SLIDE AND UP IN THE TOP CENTER THERE ARE THREE KNOBS.  WITH PREVIEW SELECTED OF THE ONE YOU ARE STORING YOU SHOULD SEE CAPTURE ON THE MIDDLE KNOB, PRESS DOWN ON THIS, AND FOLLOWING YOU WILL PRESS THE RIGHT KNOB AS WELL WHEN IT SAYS CAPTURE.  THIS WILL LOAD THE CAPTURE INTO THE SYSTEM AND YOU WILL WAIT TIL IT COMPLETES.  THEN CHECK THEM AFTER THEY ARE FINISHED

-CHECK ALL PERIMETER AND LED SWITCHES TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTION

-RUN THROUGH WITH CG1 THE SERVICE ELEMENTS AND MAKE SURE ALL FLOWS AND TRANSITIONS WORK PROPERLY.  IF THEY AREN’T YOU CAN ASSIT IN FIXING IT OR ASK FOR HELP

-CHECK TO MAKE SURE WE ARE GETTING RESI FROM WHN (IF NOT IMMEDIATELY GET WITH DIRECTOR SO WE CAN COMMUNICATE TO WHN)

• Doors open 15 minutes prior to service or when everything is verified good to go (Fire first Pre-Roll at 10 minutes til)  

(Lighting should have Haze and Fan on at this point)

• At the 1 minute mark before service (Fire one minute countdown)

• Remind CG1 the countdown will auto-fire into intro video

INTRO

• On Hope City (Welcome to Hope City) wait on til the count in (1,2, intro, 2, 3, 4).  On the four or the six if it goes to that fire first background on that mark.

SONG 1

• Song 1 will play out stand by for second song back ground, taking on the 4 or the 6 count

SONG 2

• [Switcher: Main M2 | Key: M5]

• Song 2 will play out and before the end expect a mic check from the back to relay to Audio Engineer

• Pastor should be ready on side stage nearing end of song

MINISTRY MOMENT

• SWITCHER (Is RESI cued up and ready) about 2 minutes before song ends (Check CG2 clock for this)

• We will stay on Song 2 background or background that is placed in the ministry moment.

• When prayer starts take next background which will be a dimmed version of Resting Background

SOFT/FULL Merge

SONG 3 (SOFT MERGE)

• [Switcher: Main M2 | Key: M5]

• PCO should have full merge point which should have already been discussed during huddle

SONG 3 (FULL MERGE)

• [Switcher: Main M3 | Key: M6]

• Cue Switcher Operator to take full merge on point to be taken

• Towards the end of SONG 3 Ps. Daniel and Ps. Jackie will come on stage…. Once you see PDJ tell the Audio Engineer Pastors are on stage

• Stay in the Pastor Flow Macro 3 song look with key on until song comes to an end

• Find transition point which will be at a point when we are moving toward Welcome

PASTORAL FLOW AND WELCOME

• Transition to Welcome

• Room at WHN will transition there look so we will move to Macro 5 for their lower 3rds

• Pastor doing Generosity should be backstage and we need to do mic check for Audio.

• Once PDJ wraps they will throw it to Hope City News

• Generosity Moment then comes in and you will be listening for the cue to key in Scripture 2 cor 9:7 NIV and Ways to Give 

• Prayer starts (CG1 Clear All on Prayer and Switcher stand by to throw to Bumper on my call)

SERMON BUMPER

• Cue RESI to fire bumper on Pastor Cue (play RESI then take to screen)

SERMON

• Update LiveTime clocks to match time to close

• We will come out to local when clock hits zero (Switcher stand by to take us local then pause RESI)

• At this point also check to see if we have a sermon tag and ensure CG2 is set if needed

SERMON TAG

• If Sermon tag we can stay in Macro 5 for Screens

LOCAL 3

CLOSE

• Come out on Resting Background, then fire name slides for closing pastor then pull in 3, 2, 1… 

• Take Salvation when they start speaking to those who raised there hands

• Take HC Connect when they start talking about it,

• NOTE: Other assets may happen too check PCO or CG2 list for close points.

• Take Prayer Partners when they start talking about it, then pull in 3, 2, 1, as they are wrapping up.
