Power on Multiviewer stage left
Turn on Confidence monitor
Go to FOH power up rack below dlive console one button and 1 switch
Turn on dlive console by the switch in the back
Power on the lighting Dell Computer and monitors
Complete the start up procedures under the lighting tab
Go to control room and verify CG1 is set and ready and make any corrections if needed
Check CG2 that it is set and ready and set or confirm livetime clocks match PCO times
7:40 Huddle on Stage
Welcome everyone in and start running through service flow
Ensure everyone is good and no questions about order
Devotional Share (5 min or less)
Prayer and Bring it in for shout out
8:00 Start Run-Thru
Make sure everything is set as it should be on walk in look
Everyone is on comms and all band members are in place
Start 1 minute clock when ready to start run-thru and follow cues below

On Hope City (Welcome to Hope City) wait on til the count in (1,2, intro, 2, 3, 4). On the four or the six if it goes to that fire first background on that mark.
SONG 1

Song 1 will play out stand by for second song back ground, taking on the 4 or the 6 count
SONG 2

Song 2 will play out and before the end expect a mic check from the back to relay to Audio Engineer

We will stay on Song 2 background or background that is placed in the ministry moment.
When prayer starts take next background which will be a dimmed version of Resting Background

Find transition point which will be at a point when we are moving toward Welcome

Take Prayer Partners when they start talking about it, then pull in 3, 2, 1, as they are wrapping up.

Director Notes to keep in mind
COMM Communication between FOH and Control Room should be between Director and Switcher. All other comms need to remain off and used only when a need arises or called upon. This keeps the distractions down
CG’s are staying on point with lyrics, backgrounds, and clocks
Switcher is staying on point with Perimeter Feed, camera, and RESI
Lighting is on point with the cues and any adjustments with lighting
Audio make sure they are cued up for any videos and pastors on stage moments and update with any changes.
Worship team if anything needs to be told to them you have a mic you can pick up and turn on then speak to them.
BAND ON will have a cue for that so make sure that is relayed to the worship team
Pastors keep them in the loop on close. Give them at least a 5 min heads up when we are coming to close.
After Service:
Reminder to stop game capture
Huddle in control room
Shut down procedures: (This takes place when all prayers are complete)
DLive should be powered down first following power down procedures in Audio Tab
Lighting console shutdown procedures in Lighting Tab
Mute all four channels and Power off QSR on rack below Audio Console
On Stream deck go to Switcher and BLK to ALL button to take all screens in Main and ASL to black
Power off Confidence Monitor
Go to Control Room and turn off both big screens and all computer monitors.
On CG1 and CG2 ensure Google Drive is un-paused
On CG2 upload service to Vimeo
Dim screens on CG1 and CG2. Ensure all mouses and keyboards are powered off and charge if necessary
Go to Stage left and power off rack (4 switches)
Power down Stage left Multiviewer
